THRIVE FOR TEACHERS

  • 8-week virtual group therapy program designed specifically for teachers.
  • A maximum number of 15 teachers ensures that the benefit for individual participation is effective.
  • Based on the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy, you will be provided with opportunities for learning and experiencing new ideas and concepts with group sharing and support.

For the past 20 years Lynn has been working with people regarding their emotional wellness in supporting them in managing life’s challenges.

What to Expect...

We will work with teachers whether they remain at work, or are taking a leave from work. We ensure that the tools and strategies used will reduce symptoms and prevent relapse.
